We do our best to process orders within one business day. This means your order will likely leave our warehouse the next working day. Once your order is ready and handed over to the courier, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Please note: delivery times may be delayed during busy periods such as sales, Black Friday, and holidays. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. For orders over €160, both shipping and return labels are free of charge. For orders under €160, shipping costs €6.50. The same amount applies to return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
In-store pickup
If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order from one of our stores. During checkout, simply select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping method and choose your preferred store — it’s free! We’ll notify you when your order has been shipped to the store and again once it’s ready for pickup. You’ll have 14 days from delivery to collect it.
Returns
To start a return, please follow the instructions in the Returns & Refunds section of our FAQs and fill out the return request form. We do not offer home pickup for returns, and it's not possible to return online orders in our stores. Your return package must be dropped off at your nearest UPS Accesspoint.
Inside your order, you’ll find a return label — please stick it to the outside of the package you’re sending back. Also, print the return authorization email and include it inside the package.
